Privacy Policy

This policy covers the desktop software published by the developer of this site (“the software”) and this website.

The software

The software runs on your computer, inside Autodesk® AutoCAD®. It processes your drawings locally and uploads nothing.

• No data collection. The software does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, usage analytics, or telemetry. Nothing about you, your drawings, or how you use the software is sent anywhere.
• Your drawings and project data never leave your machine. Everything the software reads and writes — drawings, data files, reports, PDFs — stays on storage you control, in folders you configure. It has no upload path.
• One network call, and only for license validation. If your license file names a license-control address, the software downloads that one small signed text file over HTTPS once, as it loads into AutoCAD. It is an ordinary file download: no request body, no identifiers, and no drawing or usage information is sent. What the far end can see is what any web server sees — which file was requested (the license-control file named in your own license; for licenses we issue, a per-license file under https://integrisage.com/lic/) and the IP address it was requested from, which our static host may record in ordinary server logs. We run no check-in, activation, or usage-tracking service, so there is no record of when, how often, or on what you use the software. If the download fails, the software carries on from the license file already on your machine; the last response is cached locally so it keeps working offline. A license that names no control address makes no network call at all, and the software makes no other network connection of any kind.
• No accounts. No sign-up, no sign-in, no user profile, no online activation step.

Because the software uploads nothing, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or lose. This is by design.

If a future version adds any other network behavior, this policy will be updated to describe it before that version ships.

GDPR, CCPA and other privacy laws

Because the software neither collects nor uploads personal data, most obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) do not arise: there is no personal data to access, correct, port, delete, or object to the processing of, and none is sold or shared. We are not a processor of any customer's personal data by virtue of the software's operation. The limited personal data we may hold is: an email address you send us, if you choose to write (see “Support email” below), and the ordinary server-log entries our host keeps for requests to this site — including the license-file request described above. You may ask us to delete either at any time.

This website

This website is a static informational site. It does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations; we do not use these to identify visitors.

Support email

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to respond to you, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
